Cancellation policy and replacements (Name Changes)

 

In case of cancellation, a notification of cancellation must be sent to the Symposium Secretariat (coming soon……..):

• Cancellation notification received before March 31th, 2021 will be refunded excluding a €100,00 administration fee
• Cancellation received between April 1st and April 30th, 2021 will be refunded to a maximum of 60%
• No refund will be provided for cancellations received after May 1st, 2021 or for no-shows
• Please note that refunds will only be processed by bank transfer after the conference

 

• Substitute attendees from the same organization are welcome
• Substitution notifications have to be made in writing to the VI International Symposium on Post-harvest Pathology Secretariat
